CertifiedTide offers paid membership subscriptions billed through Base44 Payments. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following:

• Monthly memberships are billed every 30 days until canceled.
• Annual memberships are billed every 12 months until canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with notice.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge for review. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy page for full details.

6. User Accounts
