1. No Payment Currently Required
CertifiedTide is currently a free-access platform. Creating an account, browsing the Research Compound Database, reading research summaries, and using member tools does not require any payment. Because no charges are being made at this time, there is nothing to refund and no subscription to cancel.
2. Future Paid Services
CertifiedTide may introduce optional paid services, such as a premium "CertifiedTide Plus" plan, at a later date. Any paid service will be introduced separately, will be clearly labeled as paid, and will be governed by its own terms, pricing, and cancellation policy that will be presented before you are ever charged. Nothing on the Site today obligates you to any future paid plan.
3. Closing Your Free Account
You may stop using CertifiedTide at any time. If you would like your free account and associated data removed, contact us through the Site's contact channels and we will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Refunds for Future Paid Plans
When a paid plan is introduced, this policy will be updated with clear refund and cancellation terms for those paid services. In general, future paid subscriptions will be cancellable at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current paid billing period, and refunds considered for billing errors or unauthorized charges.
