CJC-1295 No DAC (also called Modified GRF 1-29) is a short-acting GHRH analog that produces a natural, pulsatile release of growth hormone closely mimicking the body's own GH secretion pattern. Unlike the DAC version, it has a short half-life (~30 min) and is typically injected 2–3× daily for a more physiological GH pulse.
