Thymosin Beta-4 (Fragment)

Also known as: TB4-Frag, Ac-SDKP, N-Acetyl-Seryl-Aspartyl-Lysyl-Proline

Immune Modulation
Preclinical

The TB-4 fragment (Ac-SDKP) is the active anti-fibrotic and cardioprotective component of Thymosin Beta-4. While full TB-500 handles actin sequestration and cell motility, Ac-SDKP specifically inhibits TGF-β-driven fibrosis and inflammation. It naturally circulates in blood and is regulated by ACE (angiotensin-converting enzyme).
