GHRP-2 is a potent synthetic hexapeptide growth hormone secretagogue and one of the strongest GHRPs in terms of GH pulse amplitude. It stimulates GH release through both pituitary and hypothalamic mechanisms, producing larger GH pulses than GHRP-6 with somewhat less appetite stimulation.
