CJC-1295 (with DAC) is a long-acting GHRH analog that uses a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) linker to bind to albumin in the bloodstream, extending its half-life to 6–8 days. A single weekly injection produces sustained GH and IGF-1 elevation — very different from the pulsatile pattern of CJC-1295 No DAC. Best for steady anti-aging and body composition protocols.
